General:
> I reserve all rights to the commissioned art
> I reserve the right to upload the art to my social media and add it to my art portfolios unless otherwise requested by the commissioner
> Commissioners may not claim the artwork as created by them, and give proper credit
> I reserve the right to decline commissions for various reasons including, but not limited to: A lack of skill for the subject requested, I feel uncomfortable with the character design or commissioner, it breaks my boundaries or rules, etc.
> I will refuse commissions that may be used in offensive or hateful ways or relate to politics in ANY way
> Disrespectful, creepy, provocative, or in any way inappropriate behavior will result in my cancelling the commission without refund and refusing further commissionsUsage:
> My commissions can be used for personal use (profile pictures, banners, etc)
> They can be posted on social media as long as proper credit is given
> Signatures and credit is not optional or removeable, you must include these when displaying the art
> My art is NEVER to be used for AI in any wayPayment:
> Payment will be through Kofi, which takes cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo
> I require full payment for artworks under $50 USD after I have given you a sketch you are happy with
> Payments above $50 (which is highly unlikely) will require at least half of the payment upfront, then the rest once line art is finished
> In case of cancelation on my end, you will receive a 80-100% refund depending on where I was with the process

> I send regular updates and am available often, it is expected that if you want changes you be upfront and request them earlier in the process or else I may decline
> Small/Minor changes are allowed throughout the sketch with no fees
> I will accept 10 minor/small changes during line art and coloring stages before I will charge an extra $5. My sketches look similar to my line art, so please utilize the sketch stage to make your adjustments
> Large changes (pose changes, clothing changes, etc) are allowed up to 5 times during the sketch stage
> Large changes are allowed 3 times during the line art stage before I will charge an extra $5
